Exchanges & Returns
Browsluv will accept returns up to 30days after the delivery date.
There is no service charge.
The product must be in new or undamaged condition without stain, perfume smell or deforming and in their original packaging. Unworn and Unpacked. Returned products will be inspected and any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

You can simply email our customer care team: support@browsluv.com and inform us of your order number and your exchange/return request.
Once your request is submitted, we'll approve it and send the shipping instructions via email. Please don't forget to check your inbox, spam, or junk folder.
As soon as you have brought your package to your local post office, please reach out to our team to share your return tracking with us.
Once we see your garment(s) are on route to us, for the exchange request, your exchange garment(s) will be shipped out to you and a shipping confirmation email will be sent right over to let you know it's on the route;
for the return request, we will get your refund processed for you, and you will be notified via an email. Your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Note that refunds can take up to 1-3 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

We apologize if you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to support@browsluv.com with your order number and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note that any damaged item outside of a 30 days return window cannot be returned or refunded.

Normally we will only ship to the address entered when the order was originally placed. Let’s connect as soon as possible if you need to update the shipping address--
Orders are processed depending on item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
Most orders placed on business days will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
We are unable to deliver on weekends or public holidays, any orders placed during this period will be dispatched the following business day.

Normally, most of Browsluv’s in-stock products are shipped from the US. Some would be sent directly from our factories in China. We've partnered with top manufacturers and distributors around the globe to ensure that only products of the highest quality standards are delivered to you in no time.
Please contact us if you have not received your delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier. We would be happy to assist.
